The GuRu Difference
Our Story
GuRu Wireless was founded in 2017 following a decade of university research by a team of scientists and engineers from Caltech to enable commercial deployment of wireless energy transfer at distance.
Since that time, through a combination of hardware, software, firmware, thermal and electromechanical engineering and other developments, we have solved long-lingering technical problems in wireless energy transfer technology.
Today, we are focused on enabling applications in areas where using wires or batteries isn’t practical, including industrial, commercial, infrastructure and defense applications. Our patented 24GHz millimeter-wave + smart lensing technology is ready for deployment, and proof-of-concept systems are in evaluation with several tier-one customers.
