He brings over 25+ years of extensive experience in engineering and operations in the electronics industry. His passion of manufacturing has been long; working in various electronic design and manufacturing industries (Hard Disk Drive, PSU, Memory, EMS, Semiconductor) in various positions. With an in depth understanding of operations Vanit has helped companies achieve their operational and supply chain goals. At his previous position at Inphi, he enforced and implemented cost reduction programs with suppliers improving BOM by 5%. Alongside overseeing suppliers and CMs, developed planning tools to improve efficiency by 15%.
